Terms of Service (MOCK — v1.0)
This is a placeholder document seeded by 20260426070000_add_terms_to_policy_versions. Replace with a lawyer-reviewed version before production.
What this document is
A mock standing in for the final Terms of Service. The authoritative source for the real copy is docs/gdpr/terms-and-acceptance-brief.md.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Zuppi after a Terms update, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
What you're signing up for
Zuppi is an outreach platform that drafts personalised emails for creative freelancers using AI. You retain ownership of every email you send. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
What we ask of you
- Don't use Zuppi to send spam, harassment, or anything illegal
- Don't use Zuppi to evade DNC / unsubscribe requests
- Don't reverse-engineer the AI components
- Keep your account credentials private
Account suspension
We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that triggers high bounce rates / spam reports endangering domain reputation for other users.
Liability
Zuppi is provided as-is. The AI generates drafts; you review and approve every send. We're not liable for the content of emails you choose to send.
Cross-user training
By default we use anonymised aggregates of all users' sends to improve the AI for everyone. You can opt out in Settings (note: opting out still allows the system to learn from your own sends for your own voice).
Changes
When we update these Terms or the Privacy Policy we publish a new version, summarise the changes, and require explicit re-acceptance via a forced-update modal on next sign-in.
Governing law
